Graduated from Southern Illinois University with a BS Marketing and Finance.

He is also a graduate of Michigan State University’s Advanced Business School, sponsored by Roche Vitamins.

Mr Stephens has spent more than 30 years in animal agriculture.

Presently he is the Vice President Feed Products for Potash Corporation with responsibility for Marketing and Sales worldwide.

Potash Corp’s Feed Products is the largest producer and seller of feed phosphate in the world. Its products are exported to over 25 countries. Mr Stephens has previously held management positions at Pfizer and Hoffman La Roche. He has served on the Board of Directors of AFIA and Executive Committee; he is a Past Chairman of AFIA, the Board Animal Industry Foundation, the Board of the former NFIA, the Board Animal Welfare Association and he has served on several regional industry associations.

He is a past board member of The Salt Institute.
